Our objectives for this project were to equipe 22 youth workers with tools and methodologies in order to be more aware on how to approach youths with fewer opportunities and help personal growth, to motivate, develop and raise awarness and solidarity of participants with sustainable skills, permaculture principles, video making and green practices. We wanted to teach youth workers how to work in team using digital media, learn communication strategies and techniques, the courage to expose ideas and enthusiasm in video, and a way of disseminating personal ideas. This training course was about working in teams, experimenting through video making using personal knowledge but also using the proffessional directions from our organisation. AgricoolTube with the following objectives: O1: to teach 22 youth workers about permaculture practices and to show them some basic principles in a farm. O2: to teach 22 youth workers the principles and methods of videomaking, documentary style, editing and photography, retouching, organizing the filming set, with proffesional guidance working in teams. O3: leading a presentation of the resulting projects managed by every working team and store a digital database of the participants projects.
