“From a contract to a project” was a training course involving participants from 5 partner countries: Romania, Poland, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria. The initial motivation for starting this project was to offer the youth workers from our young organisations the tools and methods to help them implement the future approved E+ projects in a more efficient and organised way. The aim of the project was: Provide 24 youth workers from 5 partner organisations with the opportunity to learn how to implement their approved Erasmus+ projects from the project’s approval to the dissemination phase. We managed to reach Objectives: 1.During the 18 months of the project, 24 youth workers would understand their responsibilities in all phases of the Erasmus+ projects: preparation, implementation and dissemination, and would be able to implement at least 5 methods of improving the quality of a project. 2. Within the 18 months of the projects the 24 participants would develop and improve this 5 crucial soft skills of project managers: leadership, communication, team-work, relationship building and time-management. 3. By the end of the 18 months of the project, the 24 participants would become more confident in their ability to be part of the implementation team of an E+ project and they would become more proactive and ready to take on more responsibilities.
