Starting from the needs of the participating organizations, Meeting all Yourself was designed with the following objectives: 1) to create a common understanding of Mental Health Resilience and its components, within 28 youth workers by the end of the P.D.A. 2)to develop competencies specific to M.H. resilience model such as: needs, emotions authenticity, nature connection, human rights, empathy, trust, etc.; and the skills, and to develop the skills, attitudes and behaviors necessary to share this knowledge in their own communities by the end of the follow-up activities 3) to develop the competencies of 28 youth workers to recognise the symptoms of burn-out syndrome and to develop personal and organizational prevention and intervention tools and practices by the end of the P.D.A.; 4) to promote the understanding of volunteering as a tool in young person's development and to develop the competencies to apply this strategy to present and future volunteering projects, within the 10 organizations and 28 youth workers involved, by the end of the project. We also had in mind that this project is implemented in the second year of the new youth programme of the European Commission, and not all organizations were aware of the possibilities. Therefore we also aimed to: 5) explore the youth development tools offered by the new programme (mobilities, new project types, support systems etc.); 6) apply and change good practices of blended(online and offline) approaches in realization of this project, using different online practices, tools and platforms for communication with participants, preparation, support and evaluation.
