Through project 2022-1-RO01-KA171-HED-000069694, ULBS advanced its 2021–2025 internationalization strategy. Objectives focused on: increasing the attractiveness and accessibility of Erasmus+ mobilities for students, staff, and faculty; supporting digitalization through online tools; promoting internationalization at home; expanding partnerships; and diversifying cooperation with prestigious universities. Academic staff mobilities were prioritized, enhancing international experience, improving institutional practices, and fostering joint projects in education and research. Efforts also targeted the revival of incoming mobilities after the pandemic, through study programs in English, Romanian language and culture courses, ESN volunteer activities, and the International Week, now a multicultural hub for exchange and collaboration. The project strengthened ties with universities in Regions 5, 10, and 12, while also deepening cooperation with geographically closer partners from Regions 1 and 2, alongside significant exchanges with Regions 3 and 6.
