The main objective of the project was to strengthen the international dimension of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB) by developing strategic partnerships with higher education institutions from third countries not associated with the Programme. The project aimed to: - Facilitate the exchange of academic and pedagogical best practices in the fields of engineering, mathematics, and computer science; - Improve the quality of education through teaching mobilities delivered by academic staff from partner institutions; - Support the professional development of teaching staff through short-term international assignments; Contribute to the institutional internationalisation process and curriculum enrichment by integrating global perspectives. The quantitative objective was to implement two incoming teaching mobilities, which was fully achieved. The qualitative objectives were reflected in increased international visibility and strengthened academic cooperation with Mississippi State University, in full alignment with UTCB's Internationalisation Strategy.
