The project aimed to consolidate and expand UNAGE Iași’s international cooperation with partners in the Eastern Neighbourhood and Latin America (AMTAP Chișinău, TSAA Tbilisi, Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Universidad Nacional de General San Martín), fully aligned with our vocational mission in music, visual arts, theatre, and design. Objectives included: mobility flows aligned with curricula (study SMS/ placement SMP/ staff teaching STA/ staff training STT), development of artistic and pedagogical skills, stronger institutional interoperability, and delivery on horizontal priorities (inclusion, green transition, and digitalization). The integration of the platforms Online language support OLS/ Online learning agreement OLA/ EWP dashboard and the mandatory pre-departure briefings were embedded in our internal methodology to ensure a seamless participant journey.
