The main objective in the implementation of the project was to improve the quality of higher education by strengthening international collaboration and opening the academic environment to new teaching methods and educational innovation. This objective is also reflected in the institution’s internationalization strategy. The qualitative objectives of the project were: increasing the institution’s visibility at the international level, motivating participants to continue engaging in various activities that contribute to the development of their professional competencies, and the participation of UOC academic staff in scientific events/activities organized by institutions outside the European area. The quantitative objectives of the project were: carrying out an incoming teaching mobility with Ecuador; carrying out an incoming teaching mobility with Canada; carrying out an outgoing study mobility with Canada. In order to achieve these objectives, the Erasmus Office department within UOC carried out, both before the start of the project and during its implementation, mobility promotion events both online and through information seminars.
