Through the Erasmus+ KA171 2022 project, we aimed to offer participants opportunities for personal and professional development in a European context, by improving their professional experience, linguistic, intercultural and specialized skills. Objectives: - qualitative development of university education, recognition of the essential contribution of the mobility of teachers, university staff, as well as students, through active participation in Erasmus+ international programs and projects - permanent development of the percentage of internationalization of the university curriculum and the qualitative increase of the content, university services, adaptation of programs for continuous learning as well as adaptation to new technologies. - increasing international visibility and attracting foreign students alongside Romanians. - strengthening the ties with the old partners, initiating new bilateral agreements, developing international networks on the existing fields in the universities but also on new curricular areas, already existing at the partner universities. development of transversal skills, in particular adaptability, teamwork and communication skills
