During the reporting period, the Rom Naval Academy carried out a mobility project under the Erasmus+ programme, KA171, with a contractual duration of 36 months. The programme's implementation aimed both at conducting mobility activities for administrative and teaching staff to increase the institution's level of internationalization, and at involving students in study and placement mobilities to capitalize on strategies for diversifying the training and academic education process, adapted to the modern requirements of education and the European economic environment. The mobilities carried out were organized on the basis of five inter-institutional agreements concluded with partner universities in Albania, Montenegro, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, and the USA. The provisions of the Erasmus+ Charter were respected, and the principles of recognition for teaching/training mobilities, as well as recognition of agreed academic outcomes through the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) for study mobilities, were applied systematically. The project's implementation during the reporting period brought significant benefits to the internationalization process of the Romanian Naval Academy.
