The internationalization of higher education has become an essential component for academic development on a global level, and programs such as Erasmus+ are central pillars of this internationalization. The Erasmus+ project 2022-1-RO01-KA7-000074505 is part of the Internationalization Strategy of Apollonia University of Iași, consisting of the development and diversification of support activities for education and research, the promotion of the university's image, and collaboration with other higher education institutions or research centers. Throughout the implementation of this project, we have especially aimed for the mobilities carried out to allow students and teaching staff to experience a different educational system, improve their foreign language skills, and build a network of international contacts. We also sought to achieve an increase in academic quality within Apollonia University, develop intercultural competencies, stimulate scientific research, and enhance the visibility and prestige of the university. We have been and continue to be committed to preparing the necessary framework for students, teaching staff, and auxiliary personnel to access existing international opportunities.
