The implementation of this Erasmus+ mobility project with countries outside Europe has brought major benefits for participants and universities, such as improving the quality of education, stimulating international collaboration, and strengthening internationalization. SNSPA has achieved multiple strategic and tangible benefits, going beyond traditional student exchanges, through institutional collaboration and the exchange of best practices with universities in Region 2 – Eastern Neighborhood, Region 10 – Latin America, Region 12 – USA and Canada, and Region 6 – Central Asia. The mobility programs have become a valuable tool for students' personal development, encouraging independence, self-confidence, resilience, and key competencies such as communication, language, and intercultural skills. They also provided an opportunity to create diverse professional networks with colleagues, teachers, and experts from other educational systems. Both students and teachers benefited from the cultural and academic experience, which led to increased performance and employability.
