Through this project, 1 Decembrie 1918 University of Alba Iulia (UAB) has supported both the professional development of students and staff, as well as the strengthening of the international dimension of the institution and its partners. The funded mobilities provided opportunities to acquire linguistic and intercultural competences, to enhance employability by developing skills adapted to the labor market, and to diversify and modernize teaching methods, courses, and curricula. Moreover, teaching mobilities encouraged the exchange of good practices and the integration of international perspectives into academic content, while training mobilities brought added value through the acquisition of new professional competences. The successful implementation of all mobilities has contributed to the consolidation of institutional partnerships and has represented an important tool in supporting the internationalization process outlined in UAB’s Strategy. At the same time, the project has provided a framework for achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives established by the contract, confirming its essential role in developing and strengthening the international organizational culture at UAB.
