The Romanian-American University (RAU) considers Erasmus+ mobility projects as essential for institutional internationalization and modernization. These projects enhance global visibility, strengthen partnerships, and provide students and staff with access to international academic and professional experiences. The current project aimed to expand RAU’s partners network, diversify opportunities, and promote cooperation through mobilities. Students benefited from study mobilities abroad, developing academic, professional, and intercultural competences, while staff engaged in exchanges of best practices and training, leading to the enhancement of teaching methods. Academic collaborations and initiatives such as Guest Courses and RAU International Teaching Week contributed to modernizing and adapting the curriculum, while creating new opportunities for research collaboration and publications. Incoming mobilities reinforced "internationalization at home", enriching the educational environment. Compliance with ECHE principles ensured quality, equal opportunities, and non-discrimination. Thus, the current project directly contributed to the modernization, diversification, and internationalization of education at RAU and its partners.
