By implementing the project, our institution’s main objective was to improve the quality of education and international experience for students and staff. The aim was to promote international mobility, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and best practices between the partner institutions in the project, to support the development of personal and professional skills of the participants. The activities aimed at implementing the Strategic Plan for Institutional Development and the Institutional Internationalization Strategy, which refer to the strengthening of existing inter-institutional partnerships, expanding and improving partnerships with new military and civilian universities abroad, with the aim of improving the educational act, instilling good practices and innovative methods to be used in teaching, learning and evaluation processes. Furthermore, the activities carried out within the project took into account the priorities of the Erasmus+ Program, namely: promoting equal opportunities and access, inclusion, diversity and equity, developing digital competences, supporting essential actions on environmental protection, and raising awareness of European values.
