At the beginning of this project, we proposed the following objectives: 1. Correlation of the technical-practical skills of the teachers who teach at the specialization "Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment mechanics" with the real skills from the labor market. 2. Increasing the placement of graduates on the labor market, immediately after graduation.
Most of the students from the Energetic Technological High School "King Ferdinand" I Timisoara come from the rural area, having a precarious financial situation. These students are interested in obtaining a job in their qualification within the dual professional education, immediately after graduation. We wanted our school to be a strong training center, open for all levels of training, being appreciated by the business community in the city through the prism of our interaction with economic agents. Therefore, through this project we decided to enter into a partnership with Lisa Draxlmaier GmbH company from Germany. The needs that we identified following an analysis at school level, and that we set out to solve through this project were: - the inefficient use of modern technology in practical activities, which is why the teachers of technical subjects had to follow a specific course - the low interest of the students for the training-practical hours, which is why we thought of engaging them in a series of practical activities, coming into contact with other students and trainers from Germany.
