The objective of BYTE is to help migrants (including refugees from Ukraine) become self-employed (building a successful enterprise profit-generating with social objectives). Specific Objective: - Enhancement of the early integration of refugees into the labor market - Enhancement of the role of entrepreneurs as mentors - Raising entrepreneurs’ and local communities awareness regarding the benefits of the insertion of high skilled migrants in the labor market Obiectivul priectului BYTE este de a ajuta migranții (inclusiv refugiații din Ucraina) să devină antreprenori (infiintarea unui întreprindere generatoare de profit cu obiective sociale). Obiectiv specific: - Îmbunătățirea integrării refugiaților pe piața muncii - Consolidarea rolului antreprenorilor ca mentori - Creșterea gradului de conștientizare a antreprenorilor și a comunităților locale cu privire la beneficiile inserării migranților cu înaltă calificare în piata muncii
The project is based on 3 concepts: a) the concept of innovative new technologies such as artificial intelligence b) the idea that entrepreneurs can be mentors for new refugees, c) the need for refugees to be appropriately trained so as to comply with the requirements of the new technologies. The implementation of BYTE responds to this new reality, since, through a series of targeted and multidimensional activities, intends to contribute to the insertion of immigrants in the labor market, to facilitate their self-employment, provide them with the appropriate knowledge about the future of work and the new skills required. Proiectul se bazează pe 3 concepte: a) conceptul de noi tehnologii inovatoare, cum ar fi blockchain și inteligența artificială, b) ideea că antreprenorii pot fi mentori pentru noii migranți, c) necesitatea ca migranții să fie instruiți corespunzător, astfel încât să respecte cerinţele noilor tehnologii. Implementarea BYTE răspunde acestei noi realități, întrucât, printr-o serie de activități direcționate și multidimensionale, își propune să contribuie la inserarea imigranților pe piața muncii, să le faciliteze munca pe cont propriu, să le ofere cunoștințele adecvate despre viitorul muncii.
