The project addressed the 6th action of the European Skills Agenda by strengthening green and digital skills in line with horizontal priorities. It built a collaborative, environmentally focused partnership delivering forward-looking curricula for sustainable jobs and enterprises by multicultural learning and innovative digital practices. By designing and scaling an Innovative Educational Model, the project accelerated green skills development, engaging students, teachers, practitioners, and transnational participants to boost cooperation, innovation, and sustainable growth. Achieved objectives: 1. Addressed the green skills gaps by designing an Innovative Educational Model. It engaged 467 stakeholders in the e-survey and 12 learners in intercultural knowledge exchanges. 2. Strengthened transformative potential for green & digital readiness by developing modern educational resources and involvement of 512 HE students and 111 practitioners in blended learning sessions, and 25 HE teachers and 75 learners in transnational learning activities. 3. Promoted transformational change for twin transition by involvement of 216 transnational participants in scaling up trans-disciplinary, forward-looking approaches in business and engineering.
The project addressed identified needs by transforming needs-analysis results into concrete educational solutions. Skills gaps were tackled through the design, testing, and adjustment of an Innovative Educational Model integrating green, digital, and transversal competences into business and engineering education, embedding sustainability into curricula, materials, and practice. Students’ needs for problem-solving, cooperation, and understanding real-life sustainability challenges were met through transdisciplinary learning, blended and transnational activities, and peer learning with teachers and practitioners. Practitioners’ demands for applied green skills and alignment with EU sustainability reporting were addressed by testing and refining learning content focused on sustainable business models and greening enterprises. Teachers and trainers enhanced their capacity to deliver sustainability-oriented education through targeted training, curriculum design, and testing activities. By combining needs-driven curriculum design, practical testing, feedback-based adjustment, and dissemination, the project effectively met the identified needs and improved readiness for the green and digital transition across all target groups.
