Background

The BNCOW approach implemented in practice the need for high-performing digital education ecosystem. Higher education providers should prepare students, staff, and other stakeholders to “new digital normal”. COVID19 pandemic has crucially and irreparably changed the leading paradigm of business negotiations from onsite to online. Therefore, there was a need to invest to the systematic and well-planned development and implementation process towards new era courses and European-level online negotiation competition. BNCOW project connected HEIs and their stakeholders from several European countries into joint pedagogical concept, allowing a positive knowledge transfer among them and especially from West-European Universities to Romania. We aimed at making business education more collaborative, empowering, and even exhilarating, naturally following official rules and regulations in all partner countries. In the BNCOW approach, students were in the center of learning, and they are active players also in the international dimension of the project. Having focus in online cooperation, interconnection of relevant stakeholders was achieved and sustained in a very cost-effective way.
