By implementing the project, we wanted to: - Develop a greater awareness of the learning process and teaching methodologies tailored to adult learners by identifying the needs of the learners and educators. - Empower educators by providing them with coaching and mentoring tools to help them overcome challenges when current practices no longer meet the needs of their learners. - Develop and promote innovative teaching methods, elements and tools for online and distance learning to provide safe and quality services for adult learners. - Promote our organisation internationally for successful cooperation with partners in the field of adult education.
Our organization, newly established in the field of adult education, is committed to fostering lifelong learning for educators and initiating educational ventures. Since 2021, we have developed 8 digital learning courses and 1 accredited seminar for educators. Our objective is to enhance the educational offer by incorporating innovative instructional methodologies, tailored to meet the diverse needs of adult learners. To accomplish this, our members attended the course Coaching Skills for Teachers, School and Adult Education Staff and acquired skills necessary for the delivery of dynamic and impactful educational sessions. This enabled us to design a new video course Modern Classroom 2.0: Skills Toolbox for Teachers, following the research conducted with teachers where we investigated the main ingredients of the perfect course. With our course we aim to empower educators with the methodologies and techniques for development of emotional intelligence, coaching techniques, conflict management, and cooperation, and with skills for creating video courses. Through these efforts, we intend to upgrade the quality and innovation in the educational world, thereby broadening the scope and opportunities for our organization.
