Considering the observed needs for improvement of certain areas in our school, we thought that sending teachers to the activity of Observation at work and applying the acquired knowledge and skills will affect the improvement of the mentioned areas. By observing the use of digital tools in classes at the host school, the teachers improved their digital competences and applied that knowledge in regular classes as well as in the section classes they teach. In addition, they shared the newly acquired knowledge with other colleagues. Dissemination of the project results was given a lot of attention, namely presentation in other schools, creation of an E-book which was sent to the e-mail addresses of a large number of schools, articles in newspapers and published on social networks. By observing the work with the topic of interculturalism in the host school, they gained an insight into the best methods with which that topic would be implemented in regular classes, especially philosophy, civic education, history and foreign languages.
