We would improve our (us project participants and school colleagues) skills in 1. writing IEP, how the structure of students in our school is changing and in what way "learning" can be adapted through writing IEP for students who have severe developmental disabilities, how colleagues in developed countries who have a very similar school structure like ours do, expanding knowledge through direct insight in their documentation and work as well as the use of their guidelines through the translation and creation of the IEP Writing Manual to help us at school, and with the aim of maximum adaptation of educational tasks through iep for our students 2. multisensory integration through the plan and program of multisensory stimulation, as well as improving the evaluation of this treatment in the sensory room. 3. creation of digital stories and teaching materials and availability through a blog, an open educational resource of the school (accessibility to colleagues from other schools and cities), Through these goals, we planned to expand our knowledge, to transfer it to our colleagues, and all with the aim of better treatment, better adaptation IEP, but also adapted teaching materials to the full developmental potential of our students
The school for primary and secondary education, ŠOSO "Vukašin Marković" implements the educational process of children and students with developmental disabilities and disabilities (hereinafter referred to as schools). The school is attended by children at an early age of 3 to 6 years, preschool children, elementary school students, high school students, adult education. All students are educated according to The Individual Education Plan (IEP), which means that we make a special one for them, in accordance with the capabilities of each individual educational plan, and according to the plan we also make teaching aids. We have a sensory room, a reeducator, a speech therapist as an individual treatments. As the students are of different ages and abilities and as the pandemic entered our lives, we had to create funds that can also be used online. We would improve our skills in writing IEPs, creating teaching aids, multisensory integration, we would expand knowledge in order to develop the full potential of our students and create conditions for better quality of life for students and their families.
