Implementing this project is one of the main strategic lines of Educons University (internationalisation strategy and human resource development strategy) because it tends to modernize and become more international in its outlook. Throughout this project, with mobility activities implemented the personal and professional development of students and staff is achieved. Consequently, it will build a stronger profile for the University. This project will ensure short-term and long-term benefits for students, staff and Educons University as HEI. Short-term results include an increase in the knowledge and competences of the participants while long-term results include an increase in the brand of the university in the local and regional market, and better adaptation of the participants to the requirements of the labor market. Although the realization first year of this project was in extraordinary circumstances, with great efforts Erasmus team, we managed to implement it completely from the point of view of the number of realized mobilities and budget absorption. In addition to the above results, as special achievements of this project we can highlight the establishment of partnerships with new universities (University of Valencia, VUZF University in Sofia, University of Pecs) but also further development of our long-time partners (Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University in Istanbul, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, University of Primorska in Kopar).
