Keeping in mind that the University of Kragujevac adopted a new Internationalization Strategy, and Mobility Strategy, along with corresponding Action Plans (February 2022), we created an appropriate administrative framework to align with the new priorities of the Erasmus program, such as digital transition, inclusion, diversity, and promotion of the green initiative in mobility projects realization. This framework was an important element for the successful implementation of the foreseen activities within this project. Project goals correspond with the general objectives of the University in its internationalization efforts or provide background to achieve them: improve study programs by exchanging with and learning from our partners, increasing the mobility numbers, while advocating for digitalization, social inclusion and ecological sustainability. Our major major focus was the seamless integration into the newly launched EWP platform, which was accomplished with success, resulting in majority of activities now being conducted online. we worked on developing an internal platform (https://shorturl.at/saNhH) to cover a large portion of the processes that take place before the mobility is realized (such as collecting and submitting application documents, for both students and staff), with the goal of further simplifying and digitizing the process. The platform has been successfully created and is now in use, but it will be fully implemented in the next generation of projects. This comprehensive approach has positioned the University of Kragujevac as one of the leading institutions in Balkans for the implementation of the EWP platform and tools, while consistently meeting the goals and requirements of the ECHE.
