By implementing this project we wanted to expose students to a different learning context where they would be able to experience different views, come in close contact with different cultures, be taught by experts with different teaching backgrounds, styles and expertise by providing them with the opportunity of participating in a student mobility. This would also be an opportunity for the students to develop their transversal skills in communication with the teachers and other students. The mobility would put them in a new situation where they would have to develop and apply new skills which would help them build their self-confidence and assist them in forming a more positive outlook on their future capabilities which would positively influence their career development. We also wanted to increase the competencies of our teaching staff by providing them with the opportunity to participate in a teaching mobility through which they would be able to share their expertise, acquire new pedagogical design skills, experience new teaching environments, connect with peers in order to deepen the interinstitutional cooperation and develop common activities. We wanted to broaden the number of institutions with which we cooperate in order to further develop as an institution through the positive exchange of knowledge and experiences. We want to have students, teaching and non-teaching staff from different partner institutions visit our institution in order to help a larger number of our students develop their transversal skills, come into contact with different cultures, develop more open-minded and global views, as well as to help them drive innovation.
