Implementation of this project is fully aligned with Educons University’s internationalisation strategy and human resource development strategy. The project aims to enhance the approach to mobility, foster international cooperation, and strengthen institutional capacities at Educons and at our partner universities in the Western Balkan region. A key objective was to serve as a mentor for our partners, transferring knowledge and practices in the planning, implementation, and management. Through the project, we aimed to achieve both short-term and long-term benefits: participants enhanced their professional and personal competencies, but also contributed to the development of stronger institutional capacities for partner universities, improved regional collaboration, and enhanced the profile of Educons University in the local and regional higher education landscape. The project was implemented with high efficiency, with all planned mobilities realized and a budget absorption rate of 96%, demonstrating effective project management and coordination. As special achievements of this project, we can highlight the establishment of partnerships with new universities, as well as the further development of our long-time partners.
