The overall objective of the project was to implement the mobility of learners and staff in order to provide them the opportunity to take part in the learning programs abroad. Creating ample opportunities for outgoing staff and students to participate in exchange and engaging foreign faculty through incoming mobility opportunities, as well as introducing them to core EU values, and in order to add an international perspective to study programs UB is yet another step closer to fulfilling the vision of the EEA. The Erasmus+ mobility program has undoubtedly strengthened and enriched the quality and overall performance of UB and expanded the opportunities for students and staff to access specialized training, as well as for acquiring experiences and additional skills for lecturers that go in line with changes of the labor market, and therefore we can expect a positive impact on employability. UB was able to increase the number of study programs in English, too. Even though Serbia is not yet an EU MS by having been given the opportunity to participate in the E+ program as a fully-fledged member in the newly program cycle (2021-27/28), UB has come another step closer to the mainstream of academic cooperation in the region and in world.
