Mobility of students and staff is of key importance for the internationalization of higher education. Hence, participation in mobility projects is expected to enable more intensive inclusion of the University of Niš in contemporary trends of inter-university cooperation in the Region, Europe and the World. Accordingly, this project envisaged the exchange of students, teachers and non-teaching staff with institutions from the countries of Region 1 (Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Region 2 (Moldova and Ukraine). Incoming and outgoing mobility of students is planned so that both our students and students from partner institutions get the opportunity to increase their professional, social and intercultural skills. Exchanging experiences with colleagues from other countries through participation in international mobility is important for teachers to be able to educate internationally competent students, as well as for non-teaching staff to improve the skills needed to support internationalization. That is why the main goal of this international credit mobility project is to achieve the greatest possible volume of exchange of students, teachers and non-teaching staff with institutions from the partner countries involved.
