The primary goal of the project was to strengthen international cooperation and advance the internationalization of the Academy Polytechnic, with emphasis on professional development of students and staff. Special focus was placed on deepening ties with partner institutions in Algeria and the Western Balkans, chosen for their complementary programs and strategic relevance. Cooperation with Algerian partners enabled student and staff mobility, exchange of good practices, and joint research on global issues such as renewable energy, sustainability, and climate change. Collaboration with Western Balkan institutions fostered regional integration, joint initiatives, and improved teaching quality through diversity of academic approaches. An important achievement was the establishment of cooperation with institutions in Uzbekistan, expanding the Academy Polytechnic’s presence into Central Asia and creating a basis for future projects in sustainability, innovation, and intercultural dialogue. Participation in Erasmus+ has enhanced the Academy Polytechnic’s capacity for networking, increased international student and staff numbers, and reinforced its role as an institution committed to knowledge exchange and solutions to global challenges.
