Our Project proposed a mid-scale international mobility initiative involving 27 higher education institutions from 10 countries across 6 regions. Its core purpose is to enhance internationalization, strengthen university competitiveness, and foster global citizenship among students and staff in all the countries involved. By integrating mobility and cultural exchange, the initiative seeks to support the modernization of higher education, to contribute to employability improvement, and promote inclusivity, equity, and sustainability. Additionally, the idea of the Project is for partner institutions to network, exchange experiences, practices, and methods—both in teaching and in international practices—as well as to share best practices. With our partners, we have jointly defined shared objectives within the framework of our internationalization strategies and development policies. These objectives focus on strengthening the competitiveness of higher education and cultivating a knowledge-focused society through global mobility. We aimed to foster a deep sense of global citizenship and intercultural dialogue, making mobility and cultural exchange natural, accessible opportunities for all students and staff.
