We want to fulfill the goals that form the basis of our project and which are also the goals of our business. We want to reduce the percentage of students who interrupt their education and we want to increase the percentage of students who complete their education with passing grades. We want to implement new innovative ways of working, individualized learning and structures to benefit learning for students in need of special support. We will also develop collegian cooperation.
The reason for our application is that we want to learn more about inclusion and strengthen our competence in our work to help and support students in need of special support. We hope to find new ways of working based on personalized learning and learning processes for adults together with European colleagues. We then want to share our knowledge with colleagues in our own operations for a better collaboration between colleagues. Adult education under municipal authority in the city of Gothenburg. We offer courses in SFI, vocational training in care and social care, childminders, support assistants and care assistants. We also have basic courses in Swedish and Swedish as a second language and high school courses. Our operations also include Komvux as special education, for students with disabilities and in need of special support.
