Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) aims to provide opportunities for mobility experiences at all levels. Through the Erasmus+ program, Stockholm School of Economics is committed to increasing mobility across various types. Our objective has been to strengthen collaboration among European universities and to make effective use of the available grants. In these uncertain times, it has been crucial to offer students mobility experiences that expose them to diverse environments. This exposure helps them understand the significance of being empathetic, culturally aware, and responsible global citizens. The Erasmus+ program also facilitates connections between students and professional staff, allowing them to exchange knowledge and experiences that enrich both their studies and professional work. The current economic situation, marked by uncertainties and fluctuations in job markets, Stockholm School of Economics has promoted the Erasmus+ student mobility traineeship program. The goal has been to offer the opportunity to develop a range of skills so that Stockholm School of Economics students have not only academic qualifications but also practical experience. Additionally, we wanted to explore ways to strengthen partnerships with our partner universities and consider offering new mobility options, such as short-term physical mobility
