The needs that were identified among dual diagnosed adults was the need to improve the knowledge of the labour market, the need of stronger soft skills as well as the need of stronger individual motivation. In line with this the need that was identified among the staff working with dual diagnosed adults was for them to also have a stronger motivation in their work. The project adress these in formulating activities that will reach expected results which will answer to the needs. Working with soft skills and getting the target group out on the labor market will require a lot of work, it will not only be to find a company that can take them, it will also require support during their stay there. If you are hiring for example a person that is autistic situations can emerge that is hard for the company to handle, so they need to have someone to call to get help and knowledge to handle it.
The concreate general objective which this project is aiming to fulfil is to improve the inclusion of dual diagnosed adults in the society and the labour market. In line with the general objective the project also has two concrete specific objectives. The first specific objective is to improve the individual skills of the target group of dual diagnosed adults and the second specific objective is to strengthen the organisational capacity and the competences of the individual professional working with reintegration of dual diagnosed adults. In order to achieve the specific objective, the project is confident that it will to be able to reach the general objective. The results that the project would like to realise connected to the first specific objective are improvement of the knowledge of the labour market of dual diagnosed adults, strengthening the soft skills of dual diagnose adults and improvement in the individual motivation of the dual diagnose adults. The results that the project aims at realising in connection to the second objective is increased motivation of the staff working with dual diagnosed adults.
