With the general aim to invest in the competences of youthworkers for long term impact on local youthwork, we established the following objectives for the project: - to improve competences of 20 youthworkers from 4 countries in regards to youthwork in international settings - to increase competences of 20 youthworkers from 4 countries in using non formal education in transnational youth projects - to cultivate competences of 20 youthworkers in using Erasmus+ Youth programme as a tool for improving local youthwork - to cultivate competences of 20 youthworkers in regards to being a group leader in Erasmus+ context - to raise awareness of 20 youthworkers in regards to tools and instruments in working with local youth groups on the creation and implementation of Erasmus+ youth projects With this project we intended to increase our pool of youthworkers with competences in Erasmus+ for quality experiences and to be able to provide a wider range of opportunities for youth on a local level.
