The circumstances of our project and organization are intricately tied to the imperative of providing a high-quality school system. Since 2010, we have successfully implemented the Reggio Emilia Approach in the Poljčane kindergarten unit. Despite conducting various internal trainings on the Reggio Emilia Approach during this period, we identified the need to fortify and enhance the innovative approaches of this concept, particularly among younger professionals who lack formal training, and to extend its implementation to other smaller units within our kindergarten. In recent years, there has been increased accessibility to financial resources at the local, national, and European levels, offering an excellent opportunity for our kindergarten. Recognizing this, we have concluded that additional knowledge is essential to effectively secure financial resources from various sources. We are confident that the funds obtained will not only improve the quality of children's stay but also enhance the overall functioning of our team.
