a) encourage motivation for international cooperation and belonging to the project among students and teachers: we wanted to motivate them to participate in mobility again after the pandemic and involve static students and teachers to feel belonging to the project. b) getting to know French and Slovenian and encouraging the use of the English language: we went beyond the original mobility plan to France and showed students that they can also learn French in other countries (Lithuania and Italy). Peers in Italy, France and Lithuania were introduced to the basics of Slovenian as part of the program. c) peer connection: in the post-pandemic period and a longer period of distance learning, we were faced with a new profile of students who have emotional difficulties due to the consequences of the epidemic: the number of introverted students, with feelings of anxiety, lack of concentration and motivation to learn, was increasing. d) promote ecological awareness in the pursuit of a profession: we wanted the students to realize during their schooling that the school and companies have already defined activities with which they include an ecological aspect in their work processes.
The purpose of the project was to carry out the mobility of 30 students and 5 teachers in 2 schools in France on the topic of ecology, and we carried out the mobility of 25 students and 4 teachers in 2 schools in France and 1 school each in Italy and Lithuania. The project followed the guidelines of the priorities of the European Commission 2019-2024 and was based on the needs of the students of all participating schools. In the work plans, the goal was to raise students' eco-awareness. With the help of this project, we proved that eco-education is necessary, we encourage students to be responsible, that they, like workers, pay attention to eco-habits in the company. After the epidemic, students strengthened peer contacts and acquired professional skills. We made up the name Greenology from the word "green" (synonym for ecology, sustainability), "-logy" (study and explanation of the concept). The activities were based on encouraging thinking about the consequences of our actions in the environment, so cooperation with companies was also planned. It enabled an insight into environmental protection criteria that influence the company's success and ecological orientation.
