As students are still in their developing period into the reasonable, thinking individuals and the society, it is very important that the members of “green campaign” are also the experts/teachers. - Upgrading the digital competences by its applicable value Education and work is exposed into digital transformation demands. Demand to upgrade the digital competences has been shown through project communication, writing the blogs as digital information process, by digital tool usage at workplace by students and staff. New knowledge was introduced among expert groups.
School of Design Maribor (SŠOM) has been involved in many projects due to the fact of facing the opportunity for organization development, its participants` development and growth (students, staff and parents) as well as their business and social partners. By being involved in the mobility project, the training and educational opportunity is served, having chance to gain new skills for all interested students and staff, out of protentional obstacles they face in the growing period or age, bad linguistic competencies, special needs, sexual orientation etc. issues. According to the priorities, the participants and organization meet the importance and usage of digitalization, climate changes, inclusion opportunity and the basic meaning of the good health and positive thinking. As school, which is digitally focused, the special interest was in digital tool usage for the profession purpose, fort he work on special professional field. Due to the programme’s specifics, which include various materials, we try to redirect students to rational material usage, recycling and eco-friendly alternatives. And therefore, such project is a great opportunity for the students and staff to observe and analyse hot do they do in other countries.
