We implement the Erasmus+ mobility project in line with general objectives of the program and Internationalization Strategy of DOBA. In academic year 2022, we planned 5 mobilities and carried out 6. These included 3 student internships, 2 staff training mobilities, 1 staff teaching mobility. Our goals were: successful execution of approved mobilities (with appropriate recognition of activities post-mobility), increasing the competencies and knowledge of mobility participants, motivating and supporting students with fewer mobility opportunities, transferring knowledge to other students and staff, promoting the benefits of international experiences, gaining new international contacts, international projects and virtual mobility projects, increasing the visibility of DOBA, establishing new agreements, and strengthening existing collaborations with international partners. The goals were achieved. We only wish for the realization of study mobilities (students currently show no interest as they can study online at DOBA while doing Erasmus internships abroad). To monitor results, we have predefined indicators of satisfaction, achieved competencies, and publications. We evaluate the results and impacts through interviews, surveys, blogs, and reports.
