With the project, we wanted to achieve several key goals that contribute to greater employability of our students both in Slovenia and on the wider European market. We have successfully completed 5 mobilities of students who gained valuable experience abroad, both professional and personal. We strengthened the school's internationalization strategy with a permanent motivational strategy and with the continuity of participation in the EU Erasmus+ program. We emphasized the importance of competencies that contribute to the development of a comprehensive personality. We promoted the continuity of connections with our international partners during the implementation of student mobility for practice. This continuity enables us to be professional and reliable, and to transfer knowledge and cultural capital. We have built strong connections with our partners because we nurture formal and informal relationships and thus maintain cooperation. They knew how to listen to our participants and take into account the needs of the study program and made it easier to recognize or evaluation. We also increased the no. informed static students. A constant motivational strategy and dissemination helped to increase the no. informed static students and lecturers: the strategy of informing about the possibilities offered by Erasmus+, their positive impact on personal and professional development and the Erasmus+ slogan reached approximately 3,000 people (employees at ŠCNM, pupils, parents, students, lecturers, local companies and institutions, educational institutions also abroad). We upgraded the role of former Erasmus students - Erasmovci: we included them as motivators of mobility, in student preparation and in reintegration after returning from mobility. They are ambassadors of the quality of our school, namely they participate in all activities where the school appears externally and presents itself (study fairs, info days, cooperation with companies...). They knew how to better listen to the needs of their peers. We presented the Erasmus+ program to students as a springboard for better employability in Slovenia and on the EU market. We paid special attention to language, culture and work preparing the participants. Here we also included partner institutions, as we assigned Erasmus students who did an internship at our school in cultural and linguistic preparation. With the help of the project, based on excellent experiences from past EU projects, we continued the path outlined in the strategy and exceeded expectations, as this time we also managed to achieve the set goals of the project and proved that international cooperation connects, really connects. Part of the project's goals was also the implementation of two personnel mobility events, which were not realized mainly because there was insufficient interest among the employees. Despite the fact that mobilities were planned and adequate opportunities were available, staff did not choose to participate. The main reasons were mainly personal preferences, such as a lack of motivation to participate in mobilities abroad, obligations at work that would make their absence difficult, and some concerns about adapting to a new environment and way of working abroad. Despite our efforts to promote staff mobility and attempts to motivate through the presentation of the advantages and opportunities offered by participating in the Erasmus+ program, we were unable to realize mobility this time. This represents a challenge that we will address in the future by improving the motivation strategy for staff and a more individualized approach to finding opportunities that better suit their interests and needs.
