With this project, we wanted to pursue our goal of developing a wide international network of people working in our fields of education. The development of comparable educational programmes in tertiary education is an indirect objective that can be pursued through the expansion of the network. Colleagues share their experiences of international mobility and the network they have built on mobility with other colleagues (formally - classroom presentations) and mostly informally. The aim of each staff mobility is to transfer their experience to improve their own teaching and development work and to contribute to the overall development of the profession, the school and the school centre. Students present their mobility in the lecture room to their colleagues, and also present it on various occasions when all the students in the school gather together. Individual mobility follows the direct training of an individual in his/her specific professional field. In the field of organised mobility, in addition to the above, we also place great emphasis on the overall development goals of VSŠ Grm Novo mesto.
