With the implementation of the Erasmus+ KA131 project, we aimed to support students and staff of the University of Ljubljana in their personal and professional development. Through high-quality, inclusive education and training, we sought to equip participants with the qualifications and skills necessary for their participation in a democratic society, intercultural understanding, and a successful transition to the labor market. The knowledge, skills, and competences they gained through their mobility experiences will facilitate and assist them in actively engaging in a dynamically changing society that is increasingly mobile, multicultural, and digital. At the same time, by implementing the project, we aimed to fulfill the strategic goals of the University of Ljubljana, as outlined in our Strategy. These goals are: - Excellent learning experiences and high employability of graduates, - Outstanding achievements in science and the arts, - A prestigious partner institution for knowledge transfer, innovation, and creativity, - An academic institution that exemplifies respect for diversity, - Social impact: social welfare and progress. The program provides us with the opportunity to more easily achieve these goals.
