Faculty of organisation studies through mobility encouraged and supported the mobility of students, teachers, and staff in higher education institutions (HEIs). The focus was to provide opportunities for participants to study, teach, or gain training experience abroad, which enhances their academic and professional skills with participating in mobility activities, students and staff improved their language skills, intercultural understanding, and adaptability, which contributed to their employability .With Erasmus+ mobility projects with aim to help share knowledge and best practices among European higher education institutions, which can lead to improvements in teaching and learning methods.
