ABFHC`s aim in the project was to increase knowledge and competences, which leads to higher quality work and greater competitiveness at (international) labour market. Important aim was also acquisition of knowledge to achieve improvements home, both in the field of education and practice. The goal of the project is to develop the institution and individuals, regardless to gender, race or nationality, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation. The main results of mobility project are new professional knowledge acquired at foreign institutions, experience related to work abroad, experience related to the personal growth of an individual in a different cultural environment, preservation, deepening and formation of contacts with foreign partners. In addition, individuals emphasize learning English language. Faculty benefits from mobility of individuals within the project. Long-term cooperation in the project represents an indispensable aspect and opportunity for the development of the faculty and all individuals who do not decide to go abroad. Knowledge and experience of those who have experience abroad are transferred inside faculty. National context is upgraded, students and employees experience new ways of education and transferring knowledge into practice. Connecting national and international gives a new quality. ABFHC`s aim in the project was to encourage employees and students to meet new experiences and open their minds and souls to cultural, action and people varieties and develope acception of those varieties.
