With the project, we wanted to achieve the goals of the Erasmus Policy Statement (EPS), i.e. support the development and modernization of all three pillars of our Faculty (Education, Research work and Cooperation with Industry) and, in accordance with our institutional strategy (FTPO Development Strategy), meet the strategic goals of our Faculty: "To train graduates for the challenges of the future in a rapidly changing world" and "To become a valued partner of the polymer industry in Slovenia and abroad", as we enable students with mobility abroad to gain experience and competences to face the challenges of the future and higher employment opportunities. By expanding the network of new partners, we are expanding the presence of the Faculty abroad. Also in this program period, we wanted to meet the criteria we aimed for in the renewed Erasmus policy statement: "To create new and upgrade existing strategic partnership networks with selected higher education institutions in the field of polymer technology and related fields, and to expand the network of partners with higher education institutions in other areas", "Increase the number of outgoing and incoming mobility of students, staff and researchers", "Increase the visibility and attractiveness of FTPO among domestic and foreign students (full-time and part-time students) and researchers with the help of international mobility, the organization of international summer schools and other training /trainings", "Get to know the good management and leadership practices of other higher education institutions", "Look for new partners and programs for the purpose of obtaining EU and other funds for joint research and educational activities" and "Raise the quality of FTPO study activities with visiting foreign experts from other higher education institutions institutions and industry'. Through the mobilities, we wanted to maintain and establish important partnerships and gain new knowledge and experience that will help to improve the quality of all three pillars of the Faculty (Education, Research activities and Cooperation with Industry). In accordance with the goal of developing doctoral studies, with the project we wanted to explore opportunities for joint study programs and for the development of joint subjects.
