Erasmus+ 2022 was a smaller project, but we still managed to achieve important goals. At the Center of Higher Education, we have many students who are already employed, which significantly impacts the planning and execution of mobilities. During this project, we reached some key decisions that will influence the management of future projects, particularly the increase in the number of short-term mobilities. This format allows greater participation of students who are also fulfilling work obligations, as it provides them easier access to international experiences without needing to be away for extended periods. Through our participation in the Erasmus+ 2022 program, we aimed to build upon the results of previous years. We focused on strengthening newly established strategic partnerships and seeking new opportunities for joint applications for European projects. Additionally, we implemented mobilities for both students and staff, contributing to the improvement of the quality of education and training at our institution and the enhancement of social cohesion and the competitiveness of the European Union’s economy. In doing so, we pursued the following goals: - Increase the number of mobilities for both students and staff compared to previous years. - Encourage staff who have not yet participated in mobility to engage in training programs and acquire new knowledge. - Strengthen the competencies of our students to enhance their competitiveness in the job market. - Provide Erasmus+ exchange opportunities to as many students with fewer opportunities as possible. - Conduct mobilities in priority countries (Group 1 and Group 2) and contribute to the promotion of European values and the personal development of participants. These decisions and goals will continue to guide our future projects, as we strive for the continuous improvement of education and international experiences for both our students and staff.
