With the implementation of the Erasmus+ 2022 project at GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship, we continued our commitments from previous years, although the scope of the project was significantly smaller than in 2021. Nonetheless, we focused on enhancing activities and deepening ties with existing partners. Our main goal was to maintain and strengthen the internationalization of the faculty, primarily through more focused collaboration with selected partners. An important innovation in the 2022 project was the expansion of internationalization to the KA2 funding pillar, which allowed us to engage in more in-depth cooperation in the development of innovation and strategic partnerships. We continued to carefully adhere to the principles of the ECHE Charter and the institutional "Erasmus Policy Statement," with a focus on improving students' learning outcomes and ensuring the sustainability of project results. We set goals to further establish international connections, strengthen intercultural dialogue, and promote the inclusion of European values through collaboration between students and faculty both within and outside the European Union. We are pleased that through the 2022 project, we successfully achieved these goals, further contributing to the internationalization of the faculty. In line with the implementation guidelines, we also shifted the focus in the Erasmus+ 2022 project to the dissemination of results, where we had previously identified shortcomings. During the project, we developed a dissemination plan to ensure greater visibility and lasting impact of our achievements. We paid special attention to the added value of spreading European values. With a more effective dissemination plan, we ensured that the project's results reached a wider audience and contributed to raising awareness of the importance of international cooperation, inclusion, and tolerance both within and outside the European Union.
