FKPV was founded in 2003, and already in the original strategy we set ourselves a medium-term goal to encourage international exchange of students and staff. We started implementing mobility in the academic year 2009/10. Every academic year, we increased the number of exchanges, both incoming and outgoing, until 2020. In the previous program year, we signed 44 agreements and became a reliable partner for participants who come to us for exchanges. Our plan in the new program period is to renew all agreements from the previous project period and add new ones, which we are slowly succeeding in doing. We also set out to promote international cooperation in the latest FKPV strategy (2021-2027), so we intend to carry out all these activities (promoting international cooperation) in the future as well. We see great added value in this for students, staff and the institution as a whole. In the project year 2022, we set ourselves the following goals, which we have largely realized in full: Qualitative objectives: - Our FKPV Strategy includes two strategic goals: (1) to increase the mobility of higher education teachers, professional colleagues and students, and (2) to improve the international recognition of FKPV. In 2020, we applied for the most mobility for the project year 2020 until then, but in January 2021 we did not have any applications for mobility 2020. After the pandemic period, we are successfully re-establishing and strengthening our activity. - We wanted to strengthen cooperation with partner institutions also in other areas (e.g. scientific research work, where we invited our foreign partners to participate in the international scientific conference that we organized at FKPV in November 2022; cooperation in joint projects where we were invited by the partner institution to participate in the K2 project...). - Strengthen digital education. - By hosting foreign lecturers at our institution, we enabled non-mobile students (part-time students who do not participate in mobility) to transfer foreign knowledge and practices to the Slovenian educational environment. - promote sustainable changes and develop skills that will contribute to the personal and professional growth of the participants in the long term; we wanted to provide opportunities for mobility and gaining experience in various international environments, where participants would acquire new knowledge, strengthen their intercultural competences and improve their employability. - more inclusive conditions for participants with fewer opportunities, thereby promoting equality and greater accessibility to mobility. - the project also aimed to raise awareness of a sustainable way of life and encourage participants to make responsible decisions, which is consistent with our broader mission of contributing to a more sustainable society. Quantitative objectives: - We exceeded the set number of mobility. We originally planned 8 mobilities, in the end we successfully carried out 16. - In financial realization, we always try to use all resources. We managed to spend 99.8% of the financial resources.
