We planned staff mobilities based on the identified needs of the institution and the interests of our colleagues. Despite the initial interest from the staff for mobilities, none were carried out on-site. Only two student mobilities were conducted: a student mobility to Latvia and a student internship in Spain. Despite the small number of mobilities, this represents our best utilization of allocated funds to date (72.5%). Our activities in the field of international cooperation have contributed to establishing and strengthening new international partnerships, improving the quality of education at our institution and our partners, fostering development in research, arranging joint projects, and exchanging best practices with foreign HEIs. The exchange of staff experiences and knowledge has an impact on achieving greater comparability of the skills acquired by students during their studies at various European educational institutions. Cooperation with other higher education institutions was newly established during this period, and we anticipate that visits by our students will significantly contribute to further development of collaboration in research and student exchange. For the first time, we conducted a mobility in the form of a student internship, which we are particularly pleased with.
