The University of Primorska has identified the strengthening of quality and the global reach of international partnerships as a priority within Goal 10 of its Mid-Term Development Strategy 2021–2027 (https://www.upr.si/si/o-univerzi/predpisi-in-dokumenti-/strateski-dokumenti/).Mobility represents an important aspect of internationalization, as it enables the university’s international engagement and operations, facilitates the rapid transfer of practices between institutions, and brings significant benefits to the individuals who participate in mobility. The University of Primorska ensures that mobile students and staff receive the same services and benefits as regular ones. Inspired by foreign universities, the UP has developed welcome services, and various departments are organizationally involved in mobility (the Sector for Internationalization, the Welcome Office and the Project Office, international offices and student offices at the faculties, as well as individual departments. The promotion team, composed of representatives from all university members, is also involved in promotional activities. For student mobilities are organized information days offering language skills assessment through the Online Language Support-OLS.
