The project aimed to support personal and professional development of staff and students through mobilities that enhanced soft skills (adaptability, communication, problem-solving, cultural awareness) and hard skills (language, research, technical, and field-specific knowledge). It aligned with Academia’s internationalization strategy by encouraging cultural exchange, promoting European values, and strengthening global engagement. Collaborations were strengthened with partners such as Jordan University of Science and Technology, University of Mauritius, and Cadi Ayyad University in Morocco, exploring joint efforts in teaching and institutional governance for partnership projects. The project focused on expanding cooperation through knowledge exchange, innovative teaching methods, and improved administrative procedures. These efforts aimed at enhancing academic programs and adopting effective practices. In summary, the project promoted development, internationalization, collaboration beyond EU borders, and new cooperation opportunities. Mobilities enabled the sharing of good practices among staff and students, particularly in media production, finance, and economy, twin transition and innovative teaching methods.
