The project was designed to strengthen cooperation between GEA College – Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Northwood University from the United States of America. The main objective of the project was to provide students and staff of both institutions with the opportunity to study and teach in an international environment, thereby contributing to the development of knowledge, intercultural competences, and personal growth of the participants. Through mobility activities, we aimed to support the internationalisation of both institutions, enhance the partnership, and enable participants to improve their employability and gain a deeper understanding of the global business environment. Particular attention was given to the inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities, the promotion of sustainable approaches, and the development of digital competences.
